Kolkata paid tribute to the legendary sculptor and painter Ramkinkar Baij through the Aryavart National Art Exhibition 2025 held at Nazrul Tirtha, New Town. The event brought together renowned artists, dignitaries, and art lovers to witness a powerful collection of original artworks, including Baij’s sculptures and paintings, and those of modern Indian masters.
The exhibition began with a ceremonial lamp lighting by Chief Guest Dr. Sanjeev Kishore Gautam, Special Guests Prayag Shukla and Rittika Chandra Parukh, and Gallery Director Vijay Shukla, marking the spiritual start of a historic evening.
